An evening of Sounding

This exploratory evening we will experience ways of using our voice as means to release unwanted emotional and mental patterns in our bodies. Participants will have direct experiences of using their voices as a healing agent. Come with an open mind and heart and a willingness to explore within your own body laboratory. This class will meet again in December. We will deepen our practice of Sounding and integrate the work from the first two classes.
