This evening we will be soothing our nervous systems with our voices, to restore our nutritional balance and quiet our anxiety around the holidays. Participants will have direct experiences of using their voices as a healing agent. Come with an open mind and heart and a willingness to explore within your own body laboratory. We will deepen our practice of Sounding and integrate the work from the first two classes.
