How do we listen from each of the elements? How do we perceive the elements within our being: earth, water, fire, air, ether? Do I perceive thru color? Movement? Texture? Frequency? Presence is the key to listening within. What do we do to be available for ourselves and others? What self care tools do we do daily to support neutral grounded presence and listening.

Mary Jo and Vickie will engage us to listen through within our preferences. Discovering and becoming more trusting of our perceptions. They will bring decades of experience and training in Polarity, Aston Kinetics, and in the use of Sacred Sound as medicine.
