Globe Sound & Emotions Conference

Emotional Self-care is a daily practice. We sound to get quiet …we sound the noise. The noise of the static, the entanglements, the pain, the story, the grief, the anger. We sound how life is touching us this day. I call this emptying, making room for a new perspective. That is one of the foundational principles of sound therapy, sound health. Let us sound our noise, sound the many conversations going on inside our heads.
We sound to get quiet to be able to listen. Then we come back to the Hum. Our hum nourishes our nervous system. Our hum allows a gentle rest and brings us home. Our intention is to have self compassion, to practice daily unconditional love for this Being. After we have expressed some of the emotional layers, we always close with a love song to self.
